BEGINNING YOGA
OFFERS STUDENTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN BASIC STANDING AND SITTING
POSES, AS WELL AS VARIOUS BREATHING TECHNIQUES. THIS CLASS
FOCUSES ON BODY ALIGNMENT, BREATH TECHNIQUE, AND FORM TO HELP GAIN
FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE AND STRENGTH.
COST IS $15 PER
CLASS.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS

and dance around the world in just one hour--no passport required!
ZUMBA fitness is an energetic Latin-inspired workout that
incorporates fun dance moves from merengue, salsa, calypso, samba
and more. The class will be taught by licensed ZUMBA instructor
Michelle Martin. ZUMBA is for all body types and fitness levels. So
ditch the workout and join the party!
*This
class is appropriate for mature men and women ages 18 and up
COST:
$15
per class, or 10-class punch cards may be purchased for $120.
Class cards may be purchased in the bookstore or at the first class.
