Juneous
Pettijohn

Yin
Yoga targets the body’s connective tissue with a focus on the lower
spine, hips and pelvis. Postures are held 3 to 5 minutes and props
are used only as needed. Restorative Yoga is a healing practice,
which uses props for every pose so students can feel safe and
supported. The goal for each pose is total—but active—relaxation so
you can gain balance in the body and improve the overall health of
the spine. These two styles are for students of all abilities.
Props to bring to class: 2 Pillows, Yoga Mat and 1 or 2
Blankets.
Cost: $15 per class. Sign-up today! |

Tithing of
Time, Talent and Treasure for Prosperity
and the
Fullness of Life
Tuesdays
March 20 – June 5
Facilitated by Rev. Sylvia Sumter
6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
4T Prosperity
Program© is a 12-week course with proven results and a powerful
support system. It enables people to change their consciousness and
experience a deeper spiritual awareness, loving relationships,
financial security, job satisfaction, creative ideas, improved
self-esteem, and better physical health.
The 4T Ministry's
mission is to teach others to put God first in all that they do, in
order to experience miracles and change lives. To be a participant
in the class, each individual student commits to tithe of their
time; tithe of their talents and tithe of their
treasure--that is to attend church services and the prosperity
classes weekly; and to meditate daily on the ideas of prosperity
during the 12 weeks of class.
The class consists of a series of 12 lessons on CD, each
approximately 55 minutes long. A word-for-word Workbook transcript
of the audio portion is also included. Participants will read along
as they listen to the CD, allowing the intellectual thinking nature
to join in consciousness with the emotional feeling nature to
experience greater harmony.
Sign-up ONLINE
or in the Fellowship Hall and be ready for the experience of a life
time!
