Speaker/Facilitator Proposal Guidelines

One of the ways we can provide support for spiritual transformation is to empower persons through classes, workshops, retreats, spiritual programs, and wellness programs (physical and psychological). Therefore, as part of our vision we seek to host nationally and internationally known speakers and facilitators. All proposals are considered by the Senior Minister and the church’s Education for Life Committee.

We generally look for the following background for our speakers/facilitators:

Three or more years of speaking/facilitation experience

Published books, tapes or CDs

Past experience of speaking/facilitating at New Thought churches

Have at least three references from prior engagements

Have fully completed and mailed the Speaker/Facilitator Application Form or email to: speakerproposal@unitywdc.org

We typically schedule speakers/facilitators three to six months in advance of the date of the event. If you meet the criteria above, we look forward to reviewing your application. Once an application has been received it will be reviewed and a response will be sent within 90 days.
